We have a 3 bedroom, new home that has only been lived in by us for the past 3 years. Large spacious living, dining and kitchen. A bathroom that is a lot bigger than it needs to be, which is a bonus. Also a media server setup for housemates to have free access to a bunch of movies and TV shows.
Close to Buranda shopping centre, which contains a Woolworths, Target, and a bunch of food places. Also close to buses, with the closest being right across the road. Plenty more bus stops located on Ipswich road which come more regularly.
