About the occupants
Hi, My name is El and I work for a tech company in Brisbane, absolutely love my job even if it's a 9-5 kind of life. I enjoy my downtime with Netflix/NBA and books but equally enjoy being sociable. I am trying to get back into the gym routine now that basketball and netball season has finished. I like to keep a clean and tidy home with weekly general cleaning on a weekend mid-morning. I own the apartment and looking to rent out my spare bedroom. It’s simply furnished currently but happy to move stuff into storage. I enjoy cooking, gym, music and often go out for dinner with friends. My quote on the company website is "Nandos is my favourite cuisine". I stand by this 150%.
Compatible people
An ideal flatmate is someone that likes to keep a relatively clean home, is happy to have a chat every now and then but not reliant on daily doses of exactly how each other's lives are going. I think it's an added bonus to have a friendship within the home but I would also like to respect each others space and privacy. I'm almost 25 so I'm not into the super party scene anymore though I do enjoy a couple of drinks in a social situation every now and then. Ideally looking for someone who is also a professional person working full-time, but I will consider someone who is studying full or part-time.
