Description of the home

My home, if I were to break it down into just two words I would say is ‘comfortably thrilling’… I like to think of the terracotta steps leading to the front porch as my very own red carpet, albeit a little rougher and without the paparazzi. The lounge room looks very much like every lounge room I have been in, there is a TV, a table to bust your shins on and a comfortable seating station. There is an energy efficient split system with a remote control, which means that we can control the temperature of the house with a touch of a finger (like God).

The kitchen has all the mod cons like an electric stove, a sink with running water, a fridge, and electricity. The shared bathroom has a bath, which I use often, and a shower and a toilet, and a sink as well as a selection of rotating bath mats (also has running water).

The courtyard gets A LOT of shade so pretty rubbish for growing vegies but the neighbourhood possums seem to appreciate all of my attempts. There is a washing machine and a sweet little table to enjoy an evening beverage at.

I don’t have a car, however there is an undercover car space so, that’s all yours.

There are approximately 1000 bus options in every direction within 7-15 min walk, Woolworths is about 10 mins walk, KFC and Taco Bell are closer, OP-SHOPS and library close by. There is an awesome selection of walking/jogging/ biking tracks close by as well as the SE Bus way. Some pretty cute little cafes for daytime eats are not too far away and the CBD is a quick bus trip away. Tarrigindi swimming pool is about a 20-minute walk away and is a most excellent complex.

Bills will be split straight down the middle and include electricity, maybe spotify. Internet friendly household, will explain more to whoever is interested.
