Alphington

Description of the home

I have an awesome 3 storey town house in Alphington across the road from Bushlands and parks.

The home has 3 bedrooms, all with ensuites. The room available is on the top floor. the middle level is living areas, with lounge room and kitchen. There is no common room tv, as we usually watch Netflix in our own rooms. Although a tv in the lounge would be great. .

The house is nicely furnished. However I will be taking most of the personal items. The sofa and fridge are up for sale and I will be leaving the leather ottoman and rug also. The kitchen is usually empty and everything stored away etc.

We have butler that comes 2 times a month. She does a really great deep clean of common areas and the master bathroom ( your new bathroom)

5 minutes walk to two train stations. Bus stops right out the front. 3 supermarkets about 1km away. Super close to Carlton, Clifton Hill, Fitzroy, Northcote etc

We live quietly and respectfully, usually go out to socialize so once I’m home, We either want to chill with the housemates or chill in our rooms.

Bills and expenses

Every bill is divided by three.
The house has solar hot water and rain water tanks to use for toilet and laundry .
There is gas bills which are about 50$ every 3 months - divided by 3
Internet is 60$ per month - divided by 3
Electricity rangs but about $100 every month or two - divided by 3
Cleaning service (which can be canceled) is $140 a month with you only paying $40 of that.
