Description of the home

We live in a quite area in Point Cook with a garden.
The football oval, cricket and tennis courts at our doorstep.
Nature parks in walking distance and the nature beach of Point Cook in cycling distance.
Altona main beach is a 10min bus/train ride away.
The Sanctuary Lakes shopping center with restaurants, coffee shops, gym, pharmacy, medical center and dentist is a 15min walk or 3min bus ride from our home.
The bus stop is 2min from our house which takes you to Aircraft train station in 10min.
We are a 25 minute train ride from Melbourne city (20km).
Point Cook offers an Aviation Museum.
The Great Ocean Road is a 1 hour drive away.

You would be living at the back of our house.
Main living area separated for your own privacy through a sliding door.
One lovely, spacious bedroom with a huge built-in glass mirror wardrobe and one bathroom for your own private use.
Your private bathroom has a shower, bathtub and toilet.
Ducted heating and cooling throughout the house.
You would be able to use our kitchen to prepare your own meals until 9pm.
No parties, loud music, friend gatherings.
Occasional socializing but privacy highly regarded.

We have 2 cats which sleep in our garage and come in for cuddles occasionally. The cats are not allowed in the bedrooms, bathrooms or kitchen.
