Large bedroom separate to the rest of the house (built off the back of the garage). Includes own reverse cycle blue-tooth heater/cooler (so you can turn it on when you are 5mins or so from home), room is insulated and has thermal curtains.
Room includes following furniture: desk & computer chair & lamp & floor mat, bookshelf which doubles as a bedside table with lamp, retro radio/record player which doubles as a bedside table, wardrobe, stained glass door cupboard, laundry basket, clothes airer, heater, fan for hotter months. Currently includes Friheten sofa bed from Ikea (google to see what it looks like as it's different from standard sofa bed) & all linen but this can be moved to another room to make room for your own bed. Open to negotiate moving sone of the other furniture if needed.
Bathroom will be shared with one other housemate.

Rent includes bills (unlimited NBN internet, gas, water, electricity)

Description of the home

My home is a circa 1920s sandstone fronted Villa with modern extension at the back comprising kitchen (with dishwasher, electric oven and gas cooktop, plus lots of kitchen appliances) and breakfast bar area, main bathroom and small laundry. There is also a modern second smaller bathroom (meaning you will only ever share a bathroom with 1 other person). There is ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling throughout, and solar power. The lounge room has a gas fireplace, and the home is serviced by unlimited NBN.

The house is 3 bedroom, with a 4th room built onto the back of the garage. There are 2 bathrooms, meaning each person only has to share with 1 other.

I have a large backyard with alfresco area and lawned area, a number of fruit trees, a veggie patch, garage (used as a storage shed) and single car carport. There is plenty of on street parking directly out the front.

I have a very lovely medium sized dog.

The house is located approx 5 minutes walk from 2 major bus stops and is then a short direct ride into the city or North Adelaide, 5-10 mins walk from the train stop and is very near all the essentials including supermarkets, chemists, Prospect Road including the cinema and restaurants/cafes and Kilburn shops which includes Aldi and Costco. You can also easily catch a bus to Mawson Lakes from one of the stops near my house.

Current housemates are myself, and Nick approx 30 from NZ.
