Description of the home
I have a spacious room available, which comes with lots of storage in a beautiful spacious art deco home in Ascot vale. There is one big bathroom with a spare toilet, large dining/study area, modern kitchen and appliances, a cosy living room with a working fire place and a great back yard with out door seating area. There is off st parking available, we would just have to register your car to the house to get a free permanent permit, we also have two visitor permits.
The house is in the perfect location just 20 meters from Mount Alexander road with trams that lead into the city, there is a food truck park with a bar about 100 meters away, many gyms and yoga studios including an F45 and many nice restaurants/cafes to explore.

Bills and expenses
Bills would be split 50/50. The house stays nice and cool in the summer and warm in winter so the bills have been working out relatively cheap!

Im Jamie, I am a single 30 year old male who works as a commercial construction site manager for a large Melbourne developer.
I usually leave home at 4:30-5 in the morning and wont be home until 6 or later Monday to Friday and work a lot of Saturdays too (I pack all my stuff the night before to make sure im quiet!)
Outside of work I like to keep active during the week playing tennis and regularly go to F45 to "try" and stay fit, other than that my remaining limited down time during the week is spent chilling watching Netflix, reading a book etc.
On the weekends I tend to be out of the house a lot going to the footy, playing golf or tennis or out socialising with friends over dinner/drinks.
As a potential room mate I am really chilled and relaxed, I am really clean quiet and respectable and hope for the same in return. I understand everyone needs their own space but I would prefer someone who i can get a long with and share the occasion beer/wine/meal with rather than being a hermit in their room 24/7.
