Quirky, convenient 1 bedroom flat/studio/granny flat on first floor.

There is a two bedroom flat (that I live/work in) and small 1 bedroom flat (with separate entrance), both on the first floor (one flight of stairs) above a quiet commercial space.

It is a small 1 bedroom apartment with:

1. Kitchen (with electric oven, double sink, small bar fridge/freezer, front loader)
2. Bedroom 3.2mx3.2m, large inbuilt wardrobe (1.8m wide).
3. Private patio for plants/drying clothes/arvo beers (adjoining bedroom/kitchen), attached to a shared patio (that I primarily only use for drying clothes)

This is a sublet. I am an architect and live alone in the two bedroom apartment.
