The house is in a great location close to Ed Square. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets; high ceilings. Small back yard with grass for any pets you may have and is great for coffee or drinks.

The place itself is furnished. So there's already a TV, couch, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. I have free internet and streaming services for you to use. The bedroom is airconditioned and has wardrobes with storage space. Off street parking for 2 cars, and a garage for any tools, motorcycles or motorbikes etc. Plenty of storage space down stairs.

Walking distance to shops being Coles, sushi, dumpling house, multiple cafes, men and kids clothing shops, beauty salons, bars and restaurants, a bakeriy, laser hair removal, doctors, cinemas, a games centre and 2 gyms. The toll will take you to the city on a 39 minute drive or no tolls will take around 55 minutes.
