Adorable 3 bedroom free standing house located in leafy Annandale. We are conveniently situated between Booth St (3 min walk), Parramatta Rd (6 min walk) and Johnston St (5 min walk) so no troubles finding buses or local businesses. Our beautifully tree lined street is wide with plenty of easily accessible on street parking.

The house is quite spacious, it features gorgeous natural lighting, high ceilings and floating floor boards, as well as private courtyard and outdoor storage.

The place will be furnished. We are just looking to get a bigger fridge and washing machine.

We want our next house mate to feel at home in the space. Mel and I are very considerate, we like to keep things drama free and easy. We are looking for a like minded person, who is trust worthy, cleans up after them self and is respectful of others.

If you’re unfamiliar with the area Annandale is completely charming. It has that amazing warm and welcoming village lifestyle feel. It is very close to the city and Newtown but you’ve got lots of space to move.
