Looking for friendly, clean & tidy easy going person for my spare room. The building located in the heart of Broadbeach, a short walk to the beach. It is a quiet residential building with lovely neighbors and friendly maintenance crew. Located on the third floor, with one other apartment on the floor, the room has a small built in wardrobe with mirror doors, gets the afternoon sun and has a small balcony. You would have your own bathroom, with tub and toilet, which you will be required to clean regularly. The apartment is currently fully furnished, you would need your own bed, linen and towels etc. Please not there is minimal to no room for storage.

You would have a car space in the basement, the parking in tandem parking so you would need to flexible with regards to moving cars around from time to time.

Samson is a grey/white domestic cat. He came to live with me from the pound when I first moved to the Gold Coast. You’ll mostly find him asleep in the sun, but once he gets to know you, he’ll request a cuddle or two:)
