Description of the home
About the house - It's a HUGE contemporary 3 bedroom house and offers an expansive floor plan, peaceful living, and space (tons of space). Enormous open plan lounge and dining area bathed in natural light.
We have a good size gas kitchen combined with a second lounge area, that has a glass roof which allows tons of natural light in. It opens onto a multi-level entertainer's courtyard offering a hammock and alfresco dining (we have chairs but no table as yet) with district and city views.
With two lounges, you'll always be able to have a couch to yourself and be in control of a remote 🙂 Oh and you'll need your own fridge ... as we can't fit much more in ours.
About Your Bedroom - can be moderately furnished or unfurnished ... and at the front of the house. Extremely generous in size, and features a built-in robe and has access to the front balcony. In fact, the room is so big you could fit two queen beds in there plus extra furniture! An oversized bathroom (shower, no bath) is right next door.
About Annandale - Located in a fashionable tree lined street only moments to Annandale cafes, restaurants, Jubilee Park, Blackwattle Bay and city buses. Moments to about five different coffee shops, two supermarkets, parks and easy access to the city. I've lived in Bondi, Elizabeth Bay, Rushcutters and Darlington - and of all the places, this is the most chilled and the most friendly. Everyone is open, relaxed and chatty here. It's a gorgeously creative and friendly suburb. Annandale is awesome. Buses are at either end of our street and take you straight into the city (30mins tops in traffic), 15mins in a taxi and 20/30 mins to Bondi.
Our existing housemate moves out on Saturday 3rd March 2018. Your move in date can be from 4th March 2018 onwards...
About you - We are looking for someone lovely, respectful, aware, considerate, clean & tidy and easy going. We love chatting as much as we love our space. We are out a few times a week, otherwise, we tend to work on projects or lose ourselves in netflix. Is this you?
About us - we're a couple (Rich works in Operations and I'm a Photographer) ... we're easy going and like to keep a tidy house. We have a gorgeously happy blonde labrador, aged (nearly) 13 yrs called Belly (Sibella). She's famous in the area for being too cute.

Rich and I are a couple. We occupy the master bedroom and, have our own bathroom. We're both English and have lived here for over 15 years. We're easy going and like to keep a tidy house. We love our space as much as we love being chatty. We cook most nights unless we're out. Sometimes we can be hermits, and other times you won't see us for days.
Richard - Rich works in Recruitment, in Operations. He generally leaves the house around 7:45/8am and gets home around 6:30pm/7:30pm. He has both a car and a Ducati and uses both to ride to work. If he is using his bike, it may sound like there is a helicopter landing in the front garden ...! But only for about two minutes.
Rich has two kids from a previous marriage, one of them stays with us one night every two weeks in the third bedroom. He generally uses our bathroom, but may use your to pee in during the night (TMI?). He's a great kid and more interested in gaming, his phone and Marvel movies than anything else - apart from Belly. He loves Belly. So that is the only person you'd possibly share your bathroom with.
Then the third bedroom turns into our spare room and is for anyone who wants to crash, needs time out in our quiet peaceful home - your friends and ours. Just always give us a heads up and we will always do the same.
