I have a 3 bedroom duplex in a small gated complex of 10 units. My housemate will have their own bathroom and toilet, the room is unfurnished. The house is fully furnished. I also have ducted heating/cooling.
Very close to the Broadwater, Gold Cost Uni Hospital, Griffith Uni, Harbour Town. There is a parking space, and also access to public transport. Heaps of restaurants in the area. Complex is very quiet, there is a pool for the hot summer ahead.
