House is only a few years old. The room is equipped with security screens, blinds and a built in wardrobe. Also has a ceiling fan and Air conditioning. You have the bathroom with seperate toilet to yourself. Spaceous living area and back yard. Seperate off road parking for your vechile infront of the house. The bald hill train station is only a 20min walk away.

Description of the home

A Beautiful 5 bedroom House located in Aspley on the northside of Brisbane. It features a fully equipped living room with a L shaped sofa and Flat screen LCD TV connected with Optus cable TV, NETFLIX.. Big Air conditioning unit downstairs as well as a small home gym.

Kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven, 2 Fridges, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Machine, Kettle and Microwave. We have heaps of pots, pans, cutlery and plates.

Our outdoor area features a outside deck with a Lap pool. We also have a BBQ on the deck too.

In total we have 3 Bathrooms all equipped with showers. Upstairs there is a balcony attached to two of the bedrooms.

Free Internet and cable TV included.

We are close to a Bus stop(5 min walk), Aspley hypermarket for your shopping needs(5 min drive) and 10 min drive away from Chermside! We also have a local park in the neighborhood.

We have plenty of off and on-street parking

All bills will be split evenly between us all. I already have my partner and house-mate living with me. Bills include; Electricity(quarterly) & Gas. We do our own thing when it comes to food. Water bill is included in your weekly rent :)

My dogs name is Bonnie and she is very friendly and tame. Shes a staffy cross kelpie and is 7 years old. My partner has a little jack russell. My Roomate also has a dog called Henry. Hes a Australian Sheppard.
