Hi, my name is Cheryl and I'm a 32 year-old Registered Nurse. I'm looking for a professional or well supported mature student to share my 2 bedroom house with. Myself and my Labrador 'Belle' have just moved from Sydney into Annerley. Belle is 2 years-old and is very placid and obedient.

Easy access to city as we are a 2 minute walk to Fairfield train station and very close to the motorway. We are also a 5 min walk to Fairfield shops.

This house has polished floor boards throughout and is fully furnished except for your room.

Both bedrooms also have their own ACs.
On and off street parking available.
Ample storage space under house.
Bills shared. I haven't connected wifi yet but will. There also is an option of joining the lease for long-term applicants
