Description of the home

Hi there!

We have a master bedroom available in Erskineville/Alexandria.

The situation:

Jen and myself are vacating and want great people to take over our room. The lease expires at the end of Feb and the room will be available from Dec 3.

The place:

This is a split-level 2-bedroom unit in a small complex. On the lower level there is a spacious kitchen with an open-plan living/dining. This space then leads on to a small balcony (space for seating and a BBQ!). On this level there is also a laundry toilet.

On the upper level there are the 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom (toilet, bathtub, and shower). The larger bedroom has a spacious built-in wardrobe and gets the afternoon sun. The smaller bedroom has a small built-in hanging space and gets the morning sun.

The place also comes with an underground car spot (lock-up) and just out our front window there is a veggie patch that we share with our neighbours. Slinky, the resident cat, also visits regularly.

*NOTE: THERE IS THE OPTION TO HAVE THE PLACE FURNISHED (MINUS WASHING MACHINE) OR UNFURNISHED IF YOU PREFER - EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE*
