We currently have the Master bedroom (size 4.2m x 6.0m) with garage, ensuite, walk in wardrobe and private balcony, and a large room (King Bed + room for a study desk - size 4.7m x 3.7m) with built in robes. Both rooms have ducted A/C, LAN connection, in a large 4 bedroom home (2015 build). The cleaner takes care of most things. Plenty of room for quiet time and socialising.

Our house has all the modern conveniences, a good sized low maintenance back yard, large entertaining space and veggie patch. We also have a large chef's kitchen and all the modern appliances. Great for cooking, entertaining or a chill out movie.

The house is in Klemzig, 5 minute walk to the O-Bahn bus interchange and 10 minutes from there into the city, or 10 drive, $16-$24 uber trip or $25 cab ride. The Torrens Linear park is also 5 minute walk away which is great for a stroll or a run.
