Short walk to local library, parks, Newmarket pool, cinema and Newmarket shopping centre, also local pub one block away. QUT Kelvin Grove Campus & RBWH less than 10 minutes away. Super easy to get in and out of the CBD, the Valley, Southbank, etc. Bus routes P343, 360, 345. Alderley is just 7kms from the City.

No need for a car but plenty off-street parking available.

Bathroom and toilet are separate and the bathroom has a double sink. You can bring your own furniture, I have a big garage to store more furniture if needed. All bills included and unlimited broadband internet. I do the apartment cleaning and that is also included in the rent, so you don’t need to worry about cleaning. Oven, cupboard space, microwave, air-fryer and other small appliances to share. Computer desk and chair for your use.
