The downstairs bedroom and bathroom for rent has a separate entrance and a shared adjoining laundry, lounge/dining and covered outdoor BBQ area. The main cooking area is upstairs, but there is space for self contained cooking downstairs if preferred. My home is clean, uncluttered, quiet and relaxed.

Description of pets
My 2 little dogs are 14 years old. Max is a Jack Russell and Suzie is a Bichon Poodle. They are inquisitive, full of personality and friendly. They live outside during the day and come in at night, to sleep in their locked crate. Sometimes, during a storm, I will bring them inside, if they are scared or it is unsafe. They are bathed and their bedding washed regularly. They do not have fleas and are fed outside.
