It's a nice house in a nice area. Open plan house with furnished bedroom, unused study and off street parking if you have a car.
The house has everything already (dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, TV etc) so you don't need to provide anything. There's also a parking space if you need it. Your room is furnished and has built in robes. There is also a study which I don't currently use if you need more space.
The public transport to the city is excellent. It only takes about 10 minutes to bus it into the city. Shops are close and there's pubs and restaurants walking distance from the house.
