The house is located 15mins from the city, 2mins from Johnston St buses, 5mins from Victoria Park station and Hoddle St buses, and a 10min walk to The Hive (shopping complex on Victoria Street).
The house features generous living areas (separate living and dining), a spacious kitchen, with gas heating and air conditioning. There's plenty of room for storage with the backyard shed and back sun room. There is also a covered space at the front suitable for parking bikes.
Housemates are Kate, Luke, and Reuben (a friendly dog). They're looking for a couple who are sociable, considerate, and enjoy contributing to the household.
