This lovely quiet two bedroom unit is one of nine units in the block (middle unit on top floor - 3rd floor) in a suburban street, just off Anzac Hwy. The available bedroom (unfurnished) has large BIRs, ceiling fan and carpeted floor. The shared bathroom includes shower, toilet and basin with storage. The lounge is furnished with sofas, TV, polished floor, reverse air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Good size modern kitchen with all appliances, plenty of cupboards and gas cooking. There is a communal laundry at the back of the building, $4 to wash, $2 for drier.

There's one off-street parking spot for the unit, and plenty of free on-street parking.

There's a bus stop at the end of the street (2mins walk) and takes about 20mins to get to the CBD or 5mins to Glenelg Beach/shops etc. There's a few restaurants/take-away shops & a service station 5-10mins walk away. The tram stop is 10mins walk away.

Bills and expenses

Hi my name is Jenny and I'm 40yrs old. I'm very active, I ride to work in the city every day and try to get up early on weekends for a longer ride or run with mates- depending on what's on the night before! I work in marketing and love my job which is usually 8.30am-5pm Mon to Fri. It's a pretty easy place to look after and keep clean. I'll go away on weekends every now and then as I'm not originally from Adelaide (my family is in Melbourne). Can't wait for after work swims at the beach and a G&Ts on the balcony when the weather gets warmer!
