About the building
There are only four apartments in the building. The location is awesome, the beach is 3 minute walk away. Park, bus and tram stop is a 1 minute walk. Broadbeach is a 5 minute walk. Nice neighborhood.

Modern 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, clean and well laid out. Big front patio, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Fully furnished. TPG ADSL 2 is on, 500GB per month.

Bills and expenses

Rent is $250 plus bills (or you can pay $275 bills included) and paid two weeks in advance and bond is $500.

Internet and electricity - internet works out at $7.50 per week and the electricity works out to be about $12.50 each per week ( i am very energy conservative and there has just been a price increase across the board for electricity) - bills are split in half!
