Hi, I am moving in to rent my friends property this week & am looking for a house mate. House is biggish, room for your own privacy. Good sized yard with herb garden and a large shed. Close to city and public transport. The bedroom is unfurnished, house is furnished with most things, but room for your stuff as well if want to add. You must like animals as I have 2 gorgeous dogs and a ragdoll cat. I work full time in the city and enjoy having a few bevs on the weekends, catch up with friends, cooking, beach, breakfast.
