Excellent location with massive park literally just across the street. Redbank Plaza less than 5 min walk with everything (Coles, Aldi, Kmart, Big W, etc). Less than 2 minutes drive to Ipswich Motorway.

As you'll only be sharing the house with 1 person, there's plenty of space everywhere for your own furniture, decorations, kitchen items, etc. I encourage my new housemate to make this home theirs too. :)
