New modern house, 3-4 years old, right on the Lake. Ducted aircon in all bedrooms and open plan lounge/kitchen/dining areas. Large lounge area features comfortable recliners, (2 single and one double) and a large-screen teevee. You will have your own toilet and bathroom, no sharing.

Off-street parking behind a roller-door is available, and a bus stop (243 to Kelmscott or Armadale shops/railway is 5 mins walk away, and the trip takes about 15 mins.

The view from the front patio over the lake is great to look at while eating brekkie. Don't have much trouble with mossies - I've seen one or two on the last 14 months.
