Hiya :) I'm seeking a friendly, chill, easy going, responsible and all-round awesome person to join me in this lovely, 2BRM apartment I have just rented.
The apartment is brand new and located in the new "Toorak Park" development in between Toorak Park and Toorak Station (590 Orrong Road on Google Maps).
Everything is very secure with intercom, keycard lift access to each floor, only 4 apartments per floor and 24hr security on site.
The apartment comes with access to an indoor gym, pool, spa, and outdoor sunbathing area.
Location is super convenient!
🚉 Toorak train station - 1min walk / 50m
🚃 72 tram (Malvern/Orrong Rd stop) - 3min walk / 280m
⭐️ Woolworths - 11 min walk / 850m (2 tram stops)

Bills and expenses
Rent is $1300 per calendar month, paid each month.
Bond is $1300.
Bills are divided evenly in half between us - Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet and are paid as they come in.
Internet is $70 month.
Other bills I have no idea on as I've only been here just over a week, but suspect they will be quite low as apartment is very well insulated - have yet to need to use heating since I moved in!

I'm generally quite sociable and always up for a chat, but also need my quiet time in my room as I'm doing my masters part time.
Don't watch a lot of TV but have been known to do some series binge watching or curl up to some Netflix to unwind. I love documentaries and tend to prefer ABC and SBS.
Am very respectful of others space/privacy and am very clean and tidy.
I am social and happy to hanging out and chat but also understand people need their quiet time too. I like home to be a relaxed place not a wild party house.
Don't mind What kind of hours you work - my focus is in finding a great person to share a home with.
Not suited to those wanting to hold wild parties at home (I like having fun but I need home to be on the chill side)..
