Description of the home

This is a great 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms including 3 toilets, a large combined lounge/dining kitchen area. The outdoor entertaining area is great and we have a huge bbq for entertaining. The house is fully furnished but an awesome coffee machine will certainly be welcomed. Rent includes internet but not gas or electricity.

The room is huge and is on the top floor, so its very private. You can easliy fit in a king size bed, or a queen with a desk. You have your own private balcony but share a bathroom.

We are right next door to a fantastic cafe, close to public transport with St Peters, Erskineville and Redfern train stations a short walk away and a bus stop across the road. Close to Gyms, Dan Murphy's, Woolies and Sydney Park. We are a short 10 minute walk to King Street - the St Peters end.
