Urgently looking for a clean and courteous housemate to move into a 3 bed, 2 bath, freshly-built house in Mile End (less than 12 months old)

House is fully furnished, will just require bedroom furniture, although room does have built-ins.

Other features include:
- Lock up garage and other off-street parking
- Unmonitored alarm
- Outdoor entertaining area
- Ducted heating and cooling
- Gas hot water and cooking
- Tiled throughout with carpeted bedrooms
- Close to CBD, Brickworks Shopping Centre, Mile End Hotel, Mile End Train Station and Henley Beach Road.
- No gardening (all plantings are cared for by land owners)

You would also have the main bathroom for private use - yes, private use. The third bedroom is rented by my parents who live interstate and visit every now and then.

Would otherwise be sharing with myself and my boyfriend - both polite and respectful people who look forwarded to hearing from you.
