Trans couple looking for 1 or 2 LGBTIQ housemates to share in spacious unfurnished 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms in Morphett Vale. 12 month lease that starts in May (spare room available before May, if it's needed).

House is large with back and front yards, off street parking, long carport with roller door, medium sized shed, enclosed outdoor spa, beautiful updated kitchen, large lounge with home theatre. House is large enough for 2 couples and visitors, and for housemates to often not bump into each other throughout the day.

2 min walk from bus stop 59 on Flaxmill Rd and 10 min walk to bus stop 55 on Main South Rd.

We have a medium sized dog and sometimes foster an additional dog, enjoy watching Netflix and playing video games, attending community events, quiet nights in and volunteering in the community.

Home is our sanctuary, a safe place to relax, reflect on the day and truly be accepted.

Trans or trans friendly people are welcome. Couples also welcome. We spend alot of time at home, but the house is large enough for that not to be a problem, in case you feel the same. We like some structure around housework, but nothing too demanding.

Pets considered, students ok, smokers ok but outside only, welfare welcome.

The carport is available, which will require daily communication, if you wish to park your car behind or in front of our car, or there are spaces to park out front that are off of the road.

Description of pets
We have a 2 year old medium sized male dog who is affectionate but well trained. He has a dog door, so has access to the backyard whenever he wants. We can close doors so that he doesn't freely roam around your section of the house.
