Hi there! I am currently renting a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, in Baldivis and am in need of a new housemate! It's a relatively new house in a quiet estate, you would have the choice of three rooms, there is a study which I have made up as a mini gym but that can be changed, and also a theatre which I have made up as a guest room along with the usual living/dining room area.

The house is pretty much fully furnished apart from your rooms, however if you do have furniture you want to bring along we can always sort something out :)

Bills and expenses

Electricity and water come every two months which are split between us.
Gas and internet/Foxtel are paid monthly, gas will be spilt between us and if you do want use of the internet/Foxtel combo then that will just be split between us too.
The Gas is $40 a month
Foxtel/Internet is $121 a month
Water is generally around $70-100 every two months
And electricity is about $220 every two months
So they will just be split evenly

About the occupants
I’m 25, manage a jewellers, have a 8yr old Pomeranian, am pretty easy going. When I'm not at work I'm either cooking/cleaning, relaxing, spending time with my dog, catching up with friends & family, or whatever's going.
I like pretty much all types of music and Tv/movies, I do enjoy an occasional drink however am not a huge party person, just looking for someone to share my house with :)

I'm looking for fun, easy going, respectful and tidy people to share my home with. Someone who is happy to socialze over dinner or drinks but someone who also likes/respects personal space and privacy. I am not a huge party person so would rather someone who does not have parties at the house, I don’t mind a few friends around but just want someone who respects my things and space.
Description of pets
Alfie is a 8yr old Pomeranian who is very friendly and likes everyone he meets. He is house trained and will listen to what you tell him. He does get excited when you fist get home but is quick to settle down.
