The room available includes a built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan, and can fit a queen sized bed. There is also another medium sized spare room for you to use whenever you like, that includes a glass finish corner desk, and extra storage space in the garage.
The bathroom includes a decent shower space and bathtub, and separate toilet, and is shared by myself. My house mate has an ensuite of his own.
We are flexible with furniture, and if you did want to add to the house, that sounds good.

We have a spacious and modern house in Banyo. Two lounge rooms, a large modern kitchen with dishwasher, air conditioning, super fast NBN internet, and solar electricity. Also included is a large and quiet undercover patio, friendly neighbours, and we are also located in a modern estate.

Bills and expenses
The rent, and all bills but electricity, are all included in the weekly price. It is affordable and easy to manage, at $165/week. Super fast NBN internet, water usage, and garden maintenance are all included.
Electricity is mostly paid for via the newly installed solar panels on our roof. Excess usage will be split 3 ways, or simply added to the rent cycle (and it wont be much at all).
