We have One single room for rent in our shared home in Bedford 6052.
$165 per week for
ALL IS INCLUDING IN THE RENT ( gas, water, electric, wifi) Unlimited WIFI
We are quiet, polite and easy going working Profesionals, we are also clean and tidy.
Our home is in Bedford 3 min drive to Morley shopping centre (Galleria) and Conventry Village.
We are close to Beaufort street night food market, 10 to 15 min drive to the city depending on traffic.
Also 5 min drive to ECU mt Lawley
There's a Bus Stop in the corner about 100 away.
No bond required, just need to pay the rent every two week
We have a nice room exclusive for studying and working, so you can use it sometimes.
We have a large backyard with many fruits they are ready to eat.
We also travel overseas and interstate regularly so we are not home all the time.
