Dani and I have a pimping pad that's super close to town and ridiculously convenient for any and all activities. We live in a three bedroom townhouse with two balconies, two living rooms and yes, two bathrooms. The kitchen is modern with a great oven, dishwasher and an open design. The three bedrooms are downstairs along with the main bathroom, garage and harry potter style storage cupboard.
Our home is mostly furnished but we're very happy with any additions our future housemate would like to contribute. Our departing housemate is taking her couch and dining room table. If you have these items, fantastic, if not - IKEA is right around corner for a fun housemate adventure.

Bills and expenses
We divide bills evenly. It's $20 a month for internet. Gas, electricity and water are around $100/month. We usually buy our own food and share common household items. We also have house insurance but that can be negotiable.

I'm 28 years old and moved from Sydney about 6 months ago and am loving the Melbourne lyfestyle. I work in the arts and spend most of my time going to the theatre (film & stage), swimming, drinking, cooking, spying on dogs and reading. I'm 27 and moved to melbs three years ago from the south coast of NSW. I work as a graphic designer and in my spare time i drink gin, brunch, watch to much netflix and i'm always trying to do random creative things, this week its woodturning.
