One wall of this bedroom is a glass door that leads on to the balcony, with a good blind to block the light when needed. Carpet flooring (the rest of the house has wood floors/tiles). You could easily fit a double bed or probably also a queen bed in this room. The bathroom is just across the hallway.

This apartment has a large living room with lots of sunlight. A clean kitchen with a gas cooktop and all the standard appliances. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment so you will get your own bathroom. The bedroom is a decent size with a built in wardrobe. The place is furnished (although currently renting the fridge and washing machine, on the lookout to purchase these soon) in the communal living areas so you would just need to furnish the bedroom.

The place is 10 minutes walk from Artarmon train station and about a 5-10 minute walk to a bus stop.
