We have two rooms available and I have been advertising for 130 for each room includes gas and internet we split water and electricity but between three people it's usually only like 60 so between four it's even less and there only once every three months.

We live in 1 Robertson Place Bibra lake with two dogs.

We have two rooms available. We have also got Foxtel and one of the rooms has a TV port. First in best serve and first in would get the nice big TV hahaha if they wanted it cause we have it just sitting around we have a nice big pool and back yard with two dogs. So the rooms could fit comfortably a double bed and some cabinets so there not massive but the not tiny either hence the price of the room.

We have a bar area with a babeque we have a gazebo.

We are 7 minuets from both Murdoch and the train station. We have very good friendly neighbours and near a big bush park area and like 3 minutes from adventure world.
