There are two rooms you can choose out of. One is pretty spacious but the other one is carpeted. All rthe pls on this house are pretty much the same size but we are so happy to show you around and talk about t more if you are interested!

Description of the home
On the 17th of February, mused and 2 other girls are moving into a beautiful home just of Waterworks road. It is directly in front of a creek and is a super quiet spacious house. There's is a big deck and an entertainment area downstairs which will be super fun for get togethers.
Although we haven't moved into the house yet, we already have all the furniture and decorations to make this house super groovy and homey. (Will also be getting 2 chickens and a duck, so free eggs will be available).

We all split the internet and electricity together. The water is paid for in the rent so you won't need to worry about that! By plotting bills 4 ways it ends up being practically nothing so bills shouldn't be a problem.

About the occupants
Both lily and I are uni students at QUT studying social working full time. Lauren is a lovely friend that works with lily. We are all very very responsible and have lived out of home for nearly 2 years now with no problems at all. W Le are always doing activities, whether that's making a veggie patch in the back yard or drinking wine and listening to music. We are very very easy going people but do not tolerate mess. We are super, super clean.
We would prefer someone who also goes to uni but it really doesn't bother us. We would love someone with the same interests and who wouldn't mind debating rediculous issues over a family dinner. Please also love my chickens cos they will be the cuddle type.

Just to be super respectful and responsible. I really don't like the idea of having to chase people up for money so please just send it through on the right day and we won't have a problem. As for bond, I feel like it's way to long to explain on here so we will have a chat about if you are more interested.
