Beautiful low maintenance house in a convenient location. The house has floating floors and tiles throughout (no carpet). Both spacious rooms up for offer both have built in mirror wardrobes. The main bathroom is a 3 way, with separate powder room, toilet, and shower and bath.
It has an open plan kitchen with gas cooker top and under bench electric oven, pantry, wine racks, plenty of cupboard space and a Bosch dishwasher. This all looks over the lounge/living area and then onto the alfresco with an automatic rotating shutter varender. It also comes with reverse air cycling conditioning, ceiling fans, good lighting and an alarm system.
Close to shops, trains, buses.(13min to city), Semaphore Beach (10min), parks, lakes, cafes, restaurants, McDonald's, KFC, Hungry Jacks and services stations. All located at Peppercorns estate Mawson Lakes

I'm very easy going, love a good laugh and friendly banter.
My days starts at 5am and I usually get home around 4pm and then off to the gym a bit later on.
I do like to head out to lunches/dinners and heading into the city on the weekends when free.
Someone who is trustworthy and honest, likes a good laugh and banter.
Don't mind if you have people over for drinks or anything, just pick up after yourself and where good to go.
And you have to love pets haha
His meow can get quite loud but he usually stops.
