My housemate and I are looking for a 3rd housemate to live with us in a 1915 Bluestone Villa home. The house is recently renovated since bought in April 2016. You will have off street parking free of charge along with walking distance to Churchill Shopping Centre, Costco, Audi, , Bus/Tram, Albion Hotel, Petrol Station and is 8.5km from the city in a quiet street.
There are 2 x bathrooms in the house where you will be sharing your wet areas with only one housemate.
The house is furnished with no additional furniture required you will only have to furnish your own bedroom.
