Description of the home

Great location in Abbotsford with cafes close by and Abbotsford convent and the river precinct at the end of the street. Just a 5 minute walk to both Collingwood and Victoria Park train stations and close to Woolworths, Aldi and IGA.

The house is a large 3 bedroom weatherboard property. We have 2 bathrooms and a huge kitchen/lounge area with french doors leading out on to a courtyard which gets all day sunshine. We have a BBQ which we like to fire up in the summer time.

We have a little gym room which consists of basic free weights, entertainment wise we have fetch TV, apple TV and unlimited internet, although we are not couch potatoes. Our regular antenna doesn't work so we don't get standard TV channels.

About the occupants
We are Hayley (36) and Xander (32) a couple originally from New Zealand and England. There are just 2 of us in the house we kind of work opposite hours from one another, Hayley at night (restaurant manager) and Xander through the day (roof plumber)

We like to get a bit of fitness in, be it a run, cycle, swim, soccer or surf, nothing too serious.
We also like to watch the odd movie and love a good documentary but aren't massive couch potatoes.
We aren't big drinkers but do like a social drink from time to time, we're defiantly not party animals and aren't looking to home one either. Hopefully that doesn't make us sound too serious... were definitely not!
Compatible people
Looking for someone who has a general positive outlook on life, is house trained and respectful.
Someone who likes to look after their health and wellbeing would be a plus for us.
Not looking for party animals but don't mind a social drink.

As for special terms or rules we just don't want a piss head or party animal, at the same time don't want an anti social introvert. Someone who can have a laugh and hold a decent conversation will fit the bill. We expect that cleaning up after yourself is second nature, thats it really, pretty basic stuff.
