Picture perfect weatherboard cottage in Annandale. Located on a quiet leafy lane but just a stone's throw from the heart of Booth St and a short stroll to the water or the Tramsheds.

The house has 2 bedrooms, both really large, light and airy. One room has access to a huge loft space which could be used as a study or private getaway. It would work for a couple or a single with lots of stuff. The other bedroom on offer is situated at the front of the house, overlooking the front verandah and beyond that lots of greenery. It has loads of windows and original period features including a fireplace. I am currently occupying the lift room, but would consider negotiating a swap if someone was really keen. The house has timber floors throughout, and the kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated. There is air conditioning and a dishwasher.

The bedroom will be unfurnished, but there is some hanging space in the loft and the rest of the house is fully furnished... except for a TV (so if you feel like contributing one you are more than welcome... otherwise I’ll probably eventually buy one).

You will be sharing with me, a laid back 32yo doctor from Perth, and Ballet, a laid back 7yo poodle from Perth.

Plenty of all day street parking. Bills will be divided equally as they arrive.
