There is a large window that lets in natural light from the backyard. There are shutters on this window to allow for privacy. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house and the city is a 30 minute walk from the house. There are two tram lines, one stops outside the house and travels from South Melbourne, through Swanston Street in CBD to East Coburg. The other tram line is a light rail that travels from St Kilda, down Bourke Street in CBD to East Brunswick. The house is also a 10 minute walk to the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre ("MSAC") and Albert Park lake.
