Attention good people of MRN/Fairy Floss/Flatmates! The en-suite master bedroom with walk-in robe has become available in our spacious, gay-friendly Abbotsford sharehouse for a May 5th move-in, or potentially earlier. Ideally suited for a young professional with a full-time gig, who's independent but also happy to have a glass of wine or house dinner on occasion.

The house:

The house is a 4 bedroom modern terrace with a large courtyard, 2.5 bathrooms (downstairs toilet as well as two full bathrooms), a large kitchen and two living areas. There's plenty of storage space as well as a balcony on the second floor.

N.B There's a split-system aircon/heater in each bedroom as well as the lounge room!! Unreal on those sweltering summer nights.

The location: 2 mins walk from Collingwood train station and Hoddle Street buses, 5 minutes walk to Victoria Street and its kickarse smorgasboard of pubs, restaurants, cafes (and trams). Also a five minute walk from the Yarra trail for all your jogging/cycling inclinations.

We'll need you to sign a lease Unlimited WiFi and cleaner $45/ month each.
$155 tenancy transfer fee - fully refundable if you are not approved.

Bills and expenses

Power, gas, water and Internet are all divided equally between housemates. We have a cleaner once a fortnight which equates to $30 per person, per month.
