Lively but small and hidden enough little area to still be quiet.

I am the one moving out, sad to go and will miss the two lovely ladies that you may possibly be moving in with.
Both the girls work, pretty relaxed and easy to live with. One is an Aussie self employed professional who sometimes works from home but you will find she is out of the house on most the week days. The other is a younger Russian lady who had been living here for awhile now, works 5-6 days a week as a photographer, she loves cooking so you may find her in the kitchen cooking up something super yummy.
They are both really friendly and caring people,they do have the odd drink but not real big on the party scenes so sorry it's not a crazy party house.
