Freshly painted rooms in traditional style house. Share bathroom/kitchen.

Part way through renovating; bedrooms and hallway have been re-floored and repainted, but bathroom is un-renovated and a little 'tired', but still serviceable. Kitchen is partially renovated with new oven/hotplate and dishwasher.

Broadband/NBN WiFi. Electronic front door with PIN for access.

Location is not central but convenient for public transport to Airport & Adelaide. Convenient for several Registered Training Organisations in the area and for TAFE (Port Adelaide and Regency Park).

There is off street parking but will need to coordinate so as not to block each other in.

Bills and expenses

Rent includes utility bills ( reasonable use of electricity [Air Conditioning is on Timer, no heaters/cooking in rooms], Internet ). Own bar fridge, can be located in bedroom if desired, but no food in bedroom that is not stored in fridge. Contribute to consumables (tea, coffee, milk etc). Split equally between residents (currently only myself).
