Available viewing for this room is flexible Will be sharing with a friendly Mum + 3yr old Boy Ari who is always on best behaviour, quiet & never disturbs you or misbehaves 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😰 Just kidding. He is your typical, cheeky toddler who is very social & learning to respect others space & falls in love with everybody he meets.😁 so expect him to be smitten (almost as much as Zeb the pooch) but thankfully it does wear off. He is also very busy with 4days @ Kindy + every other wknd with his Dad and a sleep over with Nanny + Pa every other Thurs. he is busier than the PM. We are pretty relaxed. Happy doing our own thing & minding our own but also happy getting to know you & the odd meal or chat. If I’m cooking I’m offering. We rely on trust, respect and privacy. As sharing I don’t have a my house, my rules. I like you to feel that you have the ability to contribute ideas or even concerns around things lei working for you etc. when sharing I think it’s only fair. Aside from common curtesy around my son of course (if u catch him home)

Modern Townhouse, slightly retro, very cosy with all the mod cons and two stories makes it very spacious. Bottom floor is tiled throughout with a small courtyard that has a gated fence allowing you access to the main road. This is particularly great for students or anybody using public transport. Buses are regular and often and stops are both within 3m of courtyard.

I have a furnished room that can easily be unfurnished with Large bathroom all to yourself. This Town House is just short of 3yrs old & although given the title T/Hse it’s very spacious & much bigger than the average. There is a study nook upstairs that is open to suggestion & gladly redecorated from its current work/study furniture look, if it means the space can then be used & enjoyed by all. This T/House is available for rent and ideally needing to be filled by Wednesday.

Location on it’s but a 5min walk to Harbour Town Shopping Centre & Cinemas, endless restaurants & close to Southport CBD, T.A.F.E, Griffith University & the Hospital etc & Paraseise Point in the opposite that boasts a lovely strip of cafe’s and Restaurants on one side and gorgeous Broadwater and playgrounds on the other. Perfect for get togethers, picnic or BBQ’s, walk/runs and very Pet friendly which my son and pooch love to go for fish n chips and playtime.

Hallo, name is Katie-Anne, I am a 34yr old Single Mother to a wee boy whom is 3yrs old, Master Ari Joseph. We are sociable and love cooking and baking sweets which we always share. I am not a party animal but have no issues with any antics you wish to get up to as long as your respectful of my Son. I don’t mind a drink on the odd weekend & having friends over regularly. You are always welcome to do the same I only request common sense and Mutual respect and I am happy. I wish for you to feel comfortable and at home so I am always open and willing to accommodate your lifestyle. Open communication is key. I am very relaxed & don’t make strict rules I always hope that the house mate with chip in with the cleaning of common areas and contribute to restocking communal essentials like washing detergent, oil etc. if you are wanting to do things differently I’m always open minded and happy to try something new. I am also quiet the night owl and whilst I’m quiet as a mouse sometimes like to do washing and baking. Given its 2 story it means you don’t hear a thing. We like to go out a lot on the weekends. Ari goes to kindy 4 days a week so the daytime we are pretty busy. I have been without Tv although I have one provided in the lounge for just over 2yrs and so I don’t be use lounge area much at all outside of meal times m. so this would almost be your own space. ✌🏽

Description of pets
My 9yr old Moodle Zeb is a non allergenic, non hair shedding pooch that's relatively well behaved boy whom won’t chew your belongings or take things and loves to snuggle up like a cat. His 2 biggest crimes are rubbish eating if he gets the opportunity (almost never) or a packet, box or left over food that’s roughly waist height or lower left in a common area that he can access it’s as good as gone. I guess that’s standard. He also tends to get over excited to the point of crazed fan style histeria when you arrive home , or return from the shop, letterbox or Ven just the bin outside. Haha literally that front door closes when u leave the house 3-30sec, 30min 30hrs will all get you the same excitement and he must show you his overbearing affection & pure euphoric state to see that you have returned home. Haha! However it’s short lived and rarely cont passed 3-4min depending on how much you indulge and if you tell him to skiddadle. He is somewhat trained in going outside ehenbasked, sitting and even going to and staying on his bed when required. Getting “off” furniture he isn’t exactly allowed but I know sneaks during the day when I am not home. He is an excellent guard dog from a distance. if god forbid there was a shady character trying to rob the place he would greet them with the same enthusiasm sadly if they were to gain access to the house. Lucky for Zeb I have an alarm to go with his outstanding scare tactics he shows off from the balcony when needed.
