The room is unfurnished but it has plush carpet and beautiful blockout curtains with built-in-robes. It is quite a big room and would fit a queen size bed plus bedside tables. If you require basic furnitures, I have a spare single mattress and a desk in the garage.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is low maintenance. Situated less than 10km from the city. The house is close to IGA, Hungry Jacks, cafes, post office and other shops. A 2 minute walk to the bus stop and 15 minutes bus ride to the city.
I have all basic amenities like washing machine, dryer, TV, fridge, kitchen appliances and vacuum cleaner which I am happy to share. Also, you will have NBN internet connection. :)
The no shoes indoor policy applies in this household (trust me, this works a treat as the floor tiles normally stay clean for a good two weeks).
