I have a beautiful light, airy and HUGE bedroom with built-ins in a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment in the Piano Factory complex in Annandale.
It's available 3-5 nights a week for someone looking for a clean and quiet city weekender, or a week-night base, from their other home. Rent is negotiable based on how many nights stayed. No sleepovers and no entertaining friends at the house please (I offer the same in return - this is a comfortable, peaceful sanctuary for you to enjoy).
It's super roomy with a big living area and a big sunny courtyard out the back and windows other end that let the breeze through. Plus it has a nice modern kitchen (dishwasher, yay!) and bathroom with a separate bath.
Within 500m of a supermarket, bottle shop, good cafes, dry cleaner, newsagent, chiro/massage, nail salon - the works. And the light rail plus the new Tramshed development with all those new restaurants.
You can catch CBD buses at the end of the street from Parramatta Rd. 20 minute walk to Newtown, 10 minutes to Glebe.

I eat out a lot with friends and my family, go running and to yoga and do a creative writing course.
I cook about once a week and love a good Netflix binge.
I’m out 3-4 nights a week, so when I'm home I'm generally pretty quiet and in bed at a reasonable hour. I am super tidy and considerate of other people's space and sleep. This is not a party household .
I am not home a great deal but when I am I like some couch time with a glass of wine and a good chat or to download a good TV series. Or I'm in my room on the laptop writing or watching something.
