Newly renovated modern feel townhouse in leafy Gilberton set off the main road. Just a short walk/bus to all that North Adelaide and the CBD have to offer!
Fully furnished house (bedroom with double bed) with all new appliances: fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher. Wooden floorboards throughout and carpet in the bedrooms. Shared bathroom with one other person and a second toilet downstairs connected to the laundry. Outdoor courtyard with seating and retractable clothesline.

Bills and expenses
Electricity, Internet (NBN), gas and water, evenly shared however I have covered all set up costs. Parking is free and there is plenty of it.
Typically we share the cost of household basics/alternate purchase of cleaning products etc so we don't double up.
