Our Home: Fully furnished 3 bedroom terrace house located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Alexandria/Erskineville. Lots of light and original detail features throughout. Downstairs is a large open plan communal space with living room and dining area leading into the kitchen. The second bathroom and laundry is located towards the back of the house, which then opens up to our sunny courtyard.

A short 10 minute walk from the main street of Erskineville with its bars and cafes, and a 20 minute walk from King Street, Newtown. The house is also conveniently located near public transport, with a number of bus routes running in the area and Erskineville Station, Newtown Station and Redfern station all within walking distance.

The CBD is a nice 45 minute walk. Sydney Park is at the end of the street. And the airport is close but we're not in the noisy flight path.

Plenty of free parking is available on the street outside the front door.

Bills and expenses

The Room: Rent is $265 per week, excluding bills (roughly $150 per quarter for water, gas and electricity, and $15 per month for internet). Any items needed for the house are split between housemates.
